The service is amazing! I do not have one negative thing to say. The staff are friendly, welcoming and go beyond to help. I was kept up to date through the whole process of my daughter’s passport, a stressful situation put completely at ease. As an Australian I’m so pleased they are the staff working on behalf of us! Ludovica, we are so lucky to have you! She deserves a trip to Australia to enjoy what we have to offer!
